Where do you deliver?

Karachi only for now, across Clifton, DHA, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, Bahadurabad, Saddar and Korangi. Other cities are listed in the app and on the site but are not serviceable yet.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 30 to 45 minutes in Karachi. Delivery is handled by a courier partner, so every time we show you is an estimate rather than a promise.

What does delivery cost?

Rs 99, and free on orders over Rs 2,000. The free-delivery threshold is something Grocify absorbs, not a courier discount.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery. Cards, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa are on the way and appear in checkout marked as coming soon.

What if something is out of stock?

You choose at checkout: send something similar, remove it and refund that item, or call you before the rider leaves.

Can I return something?

If something arrives wrong or damaged, get in touch and we will put it right. Our full returns policy is being finalised.
